DOUBLE-SIDED (DST)Adhesive on both sides provides up to 50 PSI for quicker drive-away time. Also, compensates for urethanes with slower cure rates.
SINGLE-SIDED (ONE-WAY)Adhesive on one side (car body side) allows for adjustments after windshield has been placed.
HEIGHT-SETTING BLOCKSEven when using high-viscosity urethanes the glass may still sink too low into the urethane. One inch pre-cut blocks placed along the pinchweld will eliminate this problem.
WINDSHIELD STOP BLOCKSHard neoprene blocks used along cowl area to prevent vertical slippage of glass while urethane cures: one size (3/8" x 1/2" x 1")
